What is it?

• Educational Residence Permit – is issued for the purpose of study at any educational facility authorized in Georgia;

Where?

• To obtain Residence Permit in Georgia or prolong its validity term, a foreigner staying in Georgia applies to any territorial office of Public Service Hall or Public Service Development Agency.

Duration

• Temporary Residence Permit is issued for at least 6 months for the first time and its validity term shall not exceed 1 year. Its validity term might be prolonged for other 5 years, provided that the total validity term of Temporary Residence Permit should not exceed 6 years;

Fees

From the day of application:

• On the 30th calendar day – 180 GEL;
• Within 20 calendar days – 300 GEL.
• Within 10 calendar days – 410 GEL.
