Mr. Merab Khalvashi, Rector of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, and the representatives of the Research Institutes, Faculty Deans and the Research Service met Mr. Peter Lindholm, the representative of the World Bank, Mr. Avtandil Kasradze, Deputy Chair of Innovation and Technologies Agency and Ms. Salome Khachiauri, Head of the Department of Innovations and commercialization.
The Agency of Innovations and Technologies of Georgia starts intensive actions for commercialization of the research works. The Agency is interested in the research carried out at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University that could be the potential subject to commercialization and would be interesting for the global market.
The representatives of the World Bank will support Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University in commercialization of the research carried out in BSU.
