The Rules of Enrolment and Requirements for Foreign University Entrants/Graduate Students at Shota Rustaveli State University without Unified Entry Examinations/Graduate Record Examinations

Step 1.

• Consultancy
• The entrant/graduate student should present the documents enlisted below at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, Department of Strategic development and International Relations (room №35)
• Dean of the faculty

Step 2.

• To present all required documents (room №35)
• To fill the statement (Chancellor’s Office, room №1)
• After checking the documents eligibility Department of Strategic development and International Relations will issue the acceptance letter

Step 3.

• Candidate, the whole package of documents should present to the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, Tbilisi.

List of the Documents

• The copies of all the pages of Passport and Identity Card of Nationality attested by notary. 
• The document which  conforms the fact of living abroad
• Copy of a document certifying the General Educational or its equivalent education in a foreign country / copy of the academic degree certified by a foreign higher education in a foreign country on the study of higher education institutions recognized in accordance with foreign legislation.
