“BSU International Week” organized by the BSU Strategic Development and International Relations Service on April 23-26, in the frame of ERASMUS+exchange programme for the academic and the administrative staff, came to the end. The professors from the foreign universities delivered lectures for the students of the Faculties of Tourism and Physics-Mathematics and Computer Sciences. ARASMUS+ coordinators from the European partner universities conduced training courses on effective management of the exchange programmes. ERASMUS+ coordinator of BSU Mrs. Nana Kurshubadze shared the experience of Georgian colleagues with the international counterparts.
The participants of the event got familiarized with the culture of the region as well as visited some historical places.
In the frame of the International Week, a meeting with Dr. Lika Glonti, Coordinator of ERASMUS+National Office in Georgia, was held for the participants of the event. Deputy Rector, Prof. Tamar Siradze attended the meeting where further development of cooperation and concluding memorandums between the universities was planned.
The aim of the above mentioned event was to support internationalization of the university, establishment of close collaboration with international universities/faculties, development of future cooperation and implementation of new mutual projects.
At the end of the event all participants were awarded the certificates.
