“Youth Entrepreneurship in Eastern Partnership Countries: Experience of Formation and the Prospects of Development”.

Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University is hosting the International Scientific-practical Conference “Youth Entrepreneurship in Eastern Partnership Countries: Experience of Formation and the Prospects of Development”. The two day conference has been opened in the frame of Erasmus+ project “Higher Education Institutions for the Youth Entrepreneurship” the aim of which is to support young entrepreneurs, investigate the existing problems and look for the ways of solution. Georgian, Ukrainian, Armenian, Belarusian and Moldavian participants of the session will be presenting the papers in six directions.

The research directions of the scientific-practical conference include:

  • Young entrepreneurs: the role, experience, development prospects and problems in the Eastern Partnership Countries;
  • Institutional, legal, organizational, financial and social milestones for the development and support of the youth entrepreneurship in the Eastern Partnership Countries;
  • Innovative methods and programmes to support entrepreneurship initiatives of the youths: Experience of the European Union and the Eastern Partnership Countries;
  • Experience of the EU countries for the development of  entrepreneurship ecosystem in the Eastern Partnership Countries;
  • The place and role of the education system in the development of the youth entrepreneurship. Youth entrepreneurship and information technologies;
  • The role of social entrepreneurship in the development of the economics of the Eastern countries;

The scientific-practical conference is organized by Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, Kharkov State University of Food Technology and Trade, Armenian State University of Economics, Belarusian Trade-Economic University of Consumer Cooperation, Technical University of Moldova, Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, ISEBA University, International Scientific Academy of Informatization  (МАНИО)  and  Batumi N 6 Public School of Physics and Math.
