Irine Pilvere, Rector of the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies, Merab Katamadze, Director of the Field Study and Trainings and Voldmars Bariss, Head of the International Cooperation Centre had a meeting with the Rector of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, Prof. Merab Khalvashi. The aim of the meeting was to deepen the cooperation between the HEIs and elaborate future plans in this regard. The parties agreed to implement joint study and research programmes and conduct joint conferences. Moreover, it was planned to work on the project within the Erasmus+exchange programme in the frame of which the partner universities will conduct trainings for the students and the professors.
