Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Sweden to Georgia Ulrik Tideström has paid the visit to Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University. During the meeting with Merab Khalvashi, Rector of BSU, professors, and students, the diplomat talked about cultural-educational relations, directions of future cooperation and exchange programs between the two countries. At the end of the meeting, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden to Georgia, Ulrik Tideström answered the students' questions. During the visit, a photo exhibition depicting the efforts of Swedish diplomat Raul Wallenberg was held at the BSU, which saved the lives of up to 10,000 Jews during the Holocaust during World War II.
