The Polish delegation payed a visit to Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University. Lukasz Poritski, Deputy Marshal of the Lubusz Voivodeship, Violeta Harejlac, Ljubus Parliament Speaker, Radoslaw Brodzyk, Director of the Office of External Cooperation and European Territorial Cooperation and Adam Capela Representative of the same office, met with BSU Rector, Merab Khalvashi, Deputy Rectors and deans of the Faculties.
The purpose of the visit was to deepen relations between the two countries and implement joint educational projects. The guests were introduced to the history, educational programs, structure and material-technical base of the university. The parties also outlined directions and prospects for future cooperation.
David Tedoradze, member of the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sport and Aslan Lortkipanidze, head of the Cabinet of Chairman the Supreme Council of of Ajara AR attended the meeting.
