“Democratization in the Modern World and in Georgia: Achievements, Opportunities, Challenges and Tendencies”

    International Scientific – Practical Conference addresses  to the determinants of the democratization, such as: economic (modernization and development), social (traditions of the past and social norms) and international, as well as to the factors like international intervention, Europeanization, etc.

   The conference provides an opportunity to present  democratization as a process and as a political project in light of international, national and local experience, which means that, in some counties democracy was achieved, in some cases it failed or was partly successful. Conference will evaluate democratic development in Adjara, that is novelty in Georgia.

    Conference speaker should fill out the application form of registration (encl. 1) and send  an email: conferece.batumi@bsu.edu.ge.

Requirements:

On the day of the conference a speaker should present the complete text of the paper, electronic version.

Number of words – 4000-6000 words

Abstract 300 words

Key words : 5-6 words

Introduction part – 300-800 words;

Review of  literature – 500-1200 words

Methodology – 500-1000 words;

Results – 1500-2000 words

Conclusion – 1000-1500 words

Max. 3 co-authors

Font size - 11 Times new roman

Margins – 2 cm.

Size between lines – 1.5  cm

Bibliography and abstract  - Single space

Main body of the text – double space (1.5 is possible)

Literature should be presented in original language

Referencing format – scholium (encl. 2)

Text will be checked through plagiarism detection program

An article will not be published if a paper doesn’t answer any of the above-given  requirements.
