On March 19th-27th, Prof. Jan van Zwieten, led the series of the online lectures on the main framework of the Mediation, phases, techniques and skills, for the listeners of the short-cycle programme in Mediation, at BSU. Professor Jan van Zwieten is the Rector of the Netherlands Business Academy, experienced mediator and trainer in Mediation. In the process of the lectures the attendees also had the opportunity to get introduced to the Netherlands experience in the field of mediation, practice the techniques of mediation via the role plays and learn more about the hidden motives in the process of mediation.
The meetings were also attended by the representatives of the Catholic University of Murcia as well as Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University.
The event was organized within the frame of the EU financed project “MEDIATS” (mediation: Training and Society Transformation).
