Chris Burry, Global Ambassador of UC Berkeley Sutardja Center for Enterpreneurship and Technology, Gerald Reisinger, President of the Austrian University of Applied Sciences, and Kakha Shengelia, President of Caucasus University, paid a visit to Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University. During the meeting with the BSU Rector Merab Khalvashi, Administration Head Nika Chkhartishvili and Deputy Rector Tamar Siradze, the guests discussed the implementation of joint educational programmes and priorities for the future cooperation.
Representatives of the world’s leading universities offered BSU participation in the International Summer School, involvement of researchers and academic staff in the laboratories and research centers of the universities of Berkeley and Austria, the implementation of exchange projects and joint educational programmes for students and professors.
It was also planned to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation between the universities.
