Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Autonomous Republic of Ajara Handed Special Birdwatchng Guide to BSU

The Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Autonomous Republic of Ajara has provided Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University with a special birdwatching guide in the frame of the USAID Economic Security Programme. The guide will be of great help to those interested in the field and will contribute to the development of tourism in Georgia.

The event was attended by David Hopman, Deputy Director of the USAD Mission of Georgia, Tinatin Zoidze, Head of the Tourism and Resort Department of the Autonomous Republic of Ajara, Tamar Siradze, BSU Deputy Rector, Irakli Kordzaia, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Tourism of BSU, representatives of the USAID Office in Georgia, USAID Economic Security Programme and Tourism Department and Ecotourism Association of Ajara.

 The project has been implemented with the support of the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Autonomous Republic of Ajara.
