Austrian Ambassador to Georgia Thomas Miulman met the BSU Rector Merab Khalvashi. At the meeting, the Rector presented the educational programs to the representative of the diplomatic corps and spoke about the existing cooperation between Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University and Austrian universities and the current joint exchange programs. It was planned to expand future cooperation and implement joint projects.
Within the framework of the visit, the Ambassador of Austria to Georgia Thomas Miulman met the students, professors and teachers and pupils of the school. The diplomat spoke about Pako Svimonishvili, who translated the poems of Austrian poet Rose Auslander. There was a screening of the film about Rose Auslander's works and his Georgian translations.
