On November 14-18, the Dean of the Technological Faculty of BSU, prof. Gizo Fartskhaladze visited Minho University within the academic exchange program of "Erasmus+ PEERS". On the first day of the mobility, a meeting was held with the representatives of the International Relations Department of the University of Minho in Braga. Within the framework of the visit Prof. Fartskhaladze conducted lectures on computer modeling and automated systems for designing steel structures. He also gave a presentation on the elastic-plastic area of prestressed structures, column stability and material performance. During the visit, prof. Gizo Fartskhaladze got acquainted with the teaching methodology of the Civil Engineering educational program and the methodology of conducting laboratory works.
