Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University sent a humanitarian cargo to Turkey to help the victims of the devastating earthquake on February 6. BSU professors, researchers, administration representatives and students took part in the charity event. As part of the activity, basic necessities, mattresses, blankets, hygiene and baby care products were purchased.
Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University Rector Merab Khalvashi, Head of Administration Merab Diasamidze, Deputy Rector Anzor Beridze handed over a humanitarian cargo to Turkish Vice Consul Mustafa Gunesh, Chairman of the Turkey-Georgia Economic Council Osman Chalishkan-Mzhavanadze at the humanitarian aid point opened in connection with the earthquake and once again expressed deep sorrow Because of the tragedy that happened.
