In Shota Rustaveli State University of Batumi, within the framework of the "Youth Forum for Sustainable Development and European Integration", a panel discussion was held on the issues of the Association Agreement between Georgia and the European Union and the economic development of the country. The forum aimed to increase the awareness, involvement and participation of young people in the decision-making process, to present and reflect innovative visions in the implementation of tasks, including the issues of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and European integration of Georgia.
The youth forum was organized by the Green Movement of Georgia/Friends of the Earth. The supporters of the forum are the President of Georgia, the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Sweden in Georgia.
