US Defense Attaché, Colonel Joseph Bilbo, met the students of Batumi Shota Rustveli State University. At the meeting, the attaché spoke about the relations between the United States of America and Georgia, focused on important political processes in the world, the challenges of disinformation and the role of the USA for a better future of Georgia. The meeting took place in a question-and-answer mode, and US Defense Attaché Joseph Bilbo answered the topical questions of the students.
At the end, BSU Rector Merab Khalvashi thanked Joseph Bilbo for the visit, once again summarized the projects implemented at the university with US support and spoke about the importance of Georgia joining NATO and the European Union. Along with students, professors and administration representatives attended the event.
