
Call for Papers
New Horizons of Interdisciplinary Research
dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Professor David Gotsiridze

The Faculty of Humanities of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, and Ajara Autonomous Republic Regional Branch of Georgian National Academy of Science with the support of the EU grant KEAC-BSR (MSCA HORIZON2020) are holding an international conference on 23-24 June 2023 in Batumi on New Horizons of Interdisciplinary Research dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Professor David Gotsiridze.
The conference will host the following sections:
1) New Horizons in Linguistics;
2) Translation and Intercultural Communication;
3) Literary Theory and Comparative Studies;
4) Philosophical Thinking of the 21st Century;
5) Ethnos - Society – History - Challenges of Our Time.
All those wishing to take part in the conference are requested to apply either by submitting the online registration form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfYXyz5kvuilbook_PakgicpX8LdtM1RdLq_ghuUgbiy8R72Q/viewform or sending the application form and abstracts of the report to newhorizons@bsu.edu.ge
The deadline for submission: 10 June 2023.
Online participation is possible; however, please consider that the number is limited.
Abstract requirements: up to 200 words, font - Times New Roman, size - 12, spacing - 1.5.
The articles will be published as the Proceedings of the Anniversary Volume of the Regional Scientific Center of the Autonomous Republic of Ajara of the Georgian National Academy of Science and will be posted on the website of the Georgian National Academy of Science at http://science.org.ge/?page_id=2534.
The working languages: Georgian, English.
The conference participant will not pay fee for registration, conference program, collection of articles; however, the travel and accommodation costs are covered by the applicants
