International Scientific-Practical Conference "Digital Technologies in Education" of EU "Erasmus+" Project DITECH and DITECH Consortium Meeting are being held at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University. The conference is of a scientific-practical nature and deals with the prospects of teaching, implementation and sustainable development of digital technologies in higher educational institutions and the general education system.
European and Georgian universities are involved in the work of the conference: Tallinn University (Estonia), Kaunas University (Lithuania), Cork University College (Ireland), Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Ilia State University, Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, Samtskhe- Javakheti State University, Telavi Iakob Gogebashvili State University, Sokhumi State University, Kutaisi Akaki Tsereteli State University, Teacher's Professional Development Center.
The topics discussed at the conference are relevant for the educational system, and the academic discussion of Georgian and European colleagues will contribute to sharing the experience of Georgian and European universities in the issues of effective use of digital technologies in the teaching and learning process.
At the meeting of the DITECH consortium of the "Erasmus+" program, Georgian and European universities participating in the project will discuss and consider the issues envisaged by the work plan and prepare work packages for the final meeting of the consortium.
