A delegation of Ordu University visited Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University. Rector of Ordu University Professor Orhan Bashi, Director of the Institute of Social Sciences Suleiman Erkam Sulak, Deputy Director of the Institute of Social Sciences Saniye Nur Ergan, Coordinator of International Relations Hasan Hussein Mutlu and Institutional Coordinator of "Erasmus+" Selin Yurdakul met the Rector of BSU, Professor Merab Khalvashi.
The parties discussed the deepening of cooperation between the universities and future plans. It was planned to implement joint educational-scientific projects, launch exchange programs for students and professors, and hold scientific conferences. In the near future, the BSU delegation will pay a return visit to Ordu University. Within the framework of the meeting, Batumi Shota Rustveli State University Rector Merab Khalvashi and Ordu University Rector Orhan Bashi signed a memorandum of cooperation.
The meeting was also attended by BSU's deputy rectors, deans, professors, representatives of the Department of Strategic Development and Foreign Relations, and the chairman of the International Investors Association, Osman Chalishkan-Tsukananadze.
