
On November 7-8, 2024, Malkhaz nakashidze, Jean Monnet Chair (EUCONST), Jean Monnet module (TRIO.JOIN.EU) coordinator, professor of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, participated in the Jean Monnet Conference Session "Regulations and Legal Mechanisms at National and European Level to Ensure Respect for Human Rights and Alternative Dispute Resolution” within the framework of the Scientific Conference "Integration Through Research and Innovation", dedicated to the International Day of Science for Peace and Development and hosted by the Moldova State University.
The conference session was organized in the framework of EU4JUST project/Chair Jean Monnet on EU4JUST on EU Studies for Human Rights Protection and Alternative Dispute Resolution, implemented by the Moldova State University with the support of Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
Malkhaz Nakashidze delivered a paper “Implementation of Fundamentals of the European Union Accession Process by Georgia” at the conference. Malkhaz Nakashidze's visit to the Republic of Moldova was carried out within the framework of Jean Monet Module "Political Criteria for Accesion to the European Union and the Europeanization of Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine", which is currently being implemented at the Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University with the support of the European Union's Erasmus+ program and aims to promote excellence in teaching and research in the field of European Union studies worldwide.
