The Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Batumi, Adnan Altay Altınors, and the Counselor of the Turkish Embassy for Education, Ercan Gulsuyu, visited BSU. At the introductory meeting with the Rector, Tite Aroshidze, representatives of the diplomatic corps congratulated the Rector on his election and pledged their support in the development of bilateral cooperation.
The parties discussed the friendly relations between the two countries, discussed the possibilities of deepening partnership between Georgian and Turkish universities, and agreed to implement joint scientific projects.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Rector Tamar Siradze and Head of the Department of Strategic Development and International Relations, Marine Giorgadze.
