BSU Deputy Rector Merab Khalvashi, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism Irakli Kordzaia and students of the Faculty of Tourism participating in the internship at the 16th International Tourism and Hotel Equipment Exhibition “EBIT 2025” together with Osman Calishkan-Mzhavanadze, Chairman of the Georgian International Investors Association, were on an educational and cultural tour to Cappadocia, Republic of Turkey.
Within the framework of the visit, in order to deepen future cooperation, meetings were held with the Deputy Rector of Nevsehir Hacı Bektash Veli University Mutluhan Akin, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism Nilufer Sahin and Deputy Rector of Cappadocia University Ilhan Oztuk. Also, meetings were held with the Georgian Culture and the chairmen and members of the Commonwealth Association and with “Chveneburebi.:
Within the framework of the visit, about 30 students of the Faculty of Tourism got acquainted with the infrastructure of the universities, educational programs in the field of tourism and visited the sights of Cappadocia.
The field trip was organized with the support of the Georgian International Investors Association and the International Exhibitions and Events Company "Expo Batumi"
