Dr. Simon Jakobashvili, Head of the Obstetrics Department at the Wolfson Clinic (Israel), and Prof. Ilia Nakashidze, President of the Association of Anesthesiologists and Reanimatologists of Georgia and Professor at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University (BSU), visited the BSU.
During the meeting with BSU Rector Tite Aroshidze and Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Health Care Prof. Rusudan Khukhunaishvili, the parties discussed the development of medical education, prospects for joint projects, and future cooperation.
The discussion also focused on strengthening international partnerships and introducing modern standards in medical education. Both sides expressed their readiness to deepen collaboration and implement exchange programs for students and academic staff.
