Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University hosted the rector of Bukhara State University of Uzbekistan, Obizhon Khamidov. Within the framework of the visit, Obizhon Khamidov met with the rector of BSU, Tite Aroshidze. At the introductory meeting, the parties discussed educational and scientific directions, the implementation of exchange programs for students and academic staff, the prospects for signing a memorandum between the universities and joint projects. The meeting was attended by BSU Deputy Rector Giorgi Katamadze and Head of the International Relations Service Tamar Dundua.
