The Memorandum of Cooperation has been signed between Batumi State University and the Association of Turkish Businessmen. The MOA aims to foster implementation of the exchange programs, educational and scientific projects and the employment of graduates of higher education institutions. The parties have agreed to cooperate on holding scientific conferences, summer schools and workshops. The Association will support the Department of Oriental Studies and Turkish Studies direction at the Faculty of Humanities and equip the classrooms with computer hardware, methodological literature, textbooks. The Association will also award scholarships for excellent students.
