Colas Cabriel, Attache for Linguistic, University and Scientific Cooperation from the L’Equipe de l’Institut Français de Géorgie, Embassy of France to Georgia, visited Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University along with Ketevan Kurtsikidze, Coordinator of the Linguistic and Educational Programs at the French Institute. Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University Acting Rector Merab Khalvashi, Head of International Relations and Strategic Development Services Nana Kurshubadze, the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities Prof. Marina Giorgadze and Prof. Natalia Surguladze, Director of French Philology Programs held a discussion on the future cooperation prospects.
This might involve exchanges and mobility through Erasmus +, signing MOA with the establishment cooperation with partner universities and French universities.The parties agreed to launch French government-sponsored scholarships and enthuse students with the joint projects. During the visit, Colas Cabriel, Attache for Linguistic, University and Scientific Cooperation met with faculty and educational programs at the French philology. After the event, Colas Cabriel awarded certificates to the public and private school students who participated in the International Test "DELF".
