Professor Sergei Maskevich, Director of the Belarusian International State Institute of Ecology named after A. Sakharov visited Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University. The two higher educational institutions agreed to cooperate on the priority issues such as protection of ecology and natural resources. The parties expressed interest to engage ministries of natural resources in both countries and launch jointly summer schools, as well as to implement joint educational programs and projects within the Memorandum of Understanding.
