
Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University’s Faculty of Tourism sends 78 students to Germany’s high-class hotels from 10 June to 10 October in 2 stages. The 2 months internship for the students means learning of the theory and acquiring practical skills in the hotels. They will be able to learn about all the basic structural units of the hotels and will be engaged in the daily activities. The students will get international competencies for the future successful employment in the tourism market. The opportunity of the international internship is a result of the formal Memorandum of Understanding signed between BSU and German Baltic College Schwerin. The project of the internship was financially supported by the City Hall of Batumi and the Department of Sport and Youth Affairs, Adjara AR.
