
Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University dedicated a week of events to the European Days festival. The opening event, “Europe and Georgia”, a conference of the BSU students of history. The students watched the film “Travelling to Europe”, learn about the terms and conditions of ‘study abroad’ programs and exchange programs.
Faculty of Humanities, BSU gave a performance “Europe Starts from Greece” with a defilee of the antic dress. The students and educators also arranged make-shift corners of France, Germany, UK, Slavic cultures, with the exhibition of national cuisine, dress, and traditional artefacts. The events dedicated to the European Day was organized by the Faculty of Humanities, Department of International Affairs BSU, and “Centre of Information on NATO and European Union”.
