Sergey Stepanenko, Rector of Odessa State Environmental University, Revaz Babilua, Head of the Hydrographic Service at the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, and Tamaz Turmanidze, delegate of the European Union – Georgia Business Council (EUGBC) visited Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University.
Rector of BSU Merab Khalvashi, Vice Rector Natia Tsiklashvili, Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences Marina Koridze, professors welcomed the guests. The parties discussed the opportunities of implementation joint projects and have agreed to sign the MoA. Other areas of bilateral interest include Black Sea research initiatives development and setting up of exchange programs between the two universities for each stage of education for BA, MA and PhD students, as well as for the academic fellows.
