
UN Youth Representative from Georgia, Tatia Dolidze held a meeting with Batumi State University students. The guest speaker talked about the role of the non-formal education, study abroad programs and internships can play for the young people. She focused on the problems of unemployment, ways of defeating the economic and social issues, the accessibility of quality education, and the role of religion and church in the informal education for the youth. The Georgian representative of the young people, T. Dolidze will attend on January 28 the Economic and Social Council meeting at the United Nations, New York, She will talk on behalf of the Georgian youth about the Economic and Social conditions in Georgia.
Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs granted Tatia Dolidze with the Georgian Youth Representative’s mandate from the based on the resolution adopted by the UN.
