
The spring school of the "Erasmus+" grant project "Promoting Professional Education and Student Engagement Through Comprehensive Mentoring and Tutoring system at HEIS" (PROMENT) was held at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University. The project aims to improve students' skills and active involvement in civil life, promoting their employment in relevant professional fields, deepening cooperation and internationalization between higher education institutions.
Four-day lecture courses and sessions on student support and promotion programs were led by professors from the Vienna University of Technology (TU WIEN, Austria), Silesia Technical University (SUT, Poland), University of Perugia (UNIPG, Italy), University of Aveiro (UA, Portugal) and the participants of the spring school shared the experience of implementation and operation of the mentoring and tutoring system in higher educational institutions.
Participants in the spring school were: Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University (BSU); Technical University of Georgia (GTU); Lviv National Polytechnic University (LPNU); Dnipro Technological University (DniproTech); Petro Mogila Black Sea National University (Nikolaev) (PMBSNU); Chernihiv National Polytechnic University (CPNU); Silesian University of Technology (SUT); University of Perugia (UNIPG); University of Aveiro (UA); Vienna University of Technology (TUW); Chamber of Commerce of Ajara (ACCI). Participants were actively involved in discussions, practical lessons and cases.
Within the framework of the spring school, the participants of the project were given certificates.
