The History of the Centre

Legal Entity of Public Law - Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University has been implementing vocational education programs since 2011. In order to create a flexible and effective system for the implementation of vocational education programs, a "Center for Vocational Program Management and Continuing Education" was established at BSU on October 5, 2018. The center conducts its activities in the following directions:

  • Administration of the BSU vocational programs;
  • Continuing education.

From the spring of 2021, the center was housed in a new training building equipped with modern training auditoriums and laboratories located at №15.Leonidze st, Batumi.
The University implements the following educational programs: Financial Services; Accounting; Forestry; Gardening; Library Work; Nursing, Educator.
 The center also implements short-term vocational training and vocational retraining programs.
In the future, BSU plans to implement new vocational education programs, including vocational educational programs, in which the learning outcomes of secondary stage of general education are integrated.
