Within the framework of the Erasmus+ project, "Promoting Professional Education and Student Engagement through a Comprehensive Mentoring and Tutoring System in HEIs," the pilot program for tutoring and mentoring was summarized, and participants were awarded.
At Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, the Faculty of Exact Sciences and Education, with the support of the Department of Student Career Development, Sports, and Culture, hosted the concluding event of the pilot tutoring and mentoring program within the Erasmus+ project "Promoting Professional Education and Student Engagement through a Comprehensive Mentoring and Tutoring System."
The main focus of the meeting was to award the successful students participating in the program. The participants shared their experiences with the audience and highlighted the program's various benefits:
- The development of a culture of mutual assistance and support
- New opportunities for knowledge sharing and deepening
- Enhanced self-assessment among students
- Encouragement of active involvement in the university environment
The event once again underscored the significant role of tutoring and mentoring programs in modern university education.
