Within the framework of the project "Promoting Professional Education and Student Engagement through a Comprehensive System of Mentoring and Tutoring in HEIS", a small group of students gathered to work on better understanding challenging coursework material. The student tutor helped their peers understand complex concepts by breaking them down into simple steps. Through clear explanations and practical exercises, students who initially struggled gained both knowledge and confidence in the subject. By the end of the session, they were able to complete tasks independently, which marked significant progress compared to where they started. The experience proved beneficial for all participants - those seeking help better understood the material, while the tutor deepened their own knowledge through the teaching process. The group decided to continue these productive study sessions to better understand and reinforce the learning material.
