Within the frameworks of the Proment T&M Schemes sessions a collaborative learning session united several students to overcome academic challenges in their shared coursework. A knowledgeable peer took the initiative to lead the study group, helping classmates navigate complex topics using simplified approaches and real-world examples. As the session progressed, the students who initially found the material daunting began to grasp key concepts and participate more actively in discussions. Their growing confidence was evident in their ability to tackle problems without assistance by the end of the meeting. The dynamic group environment fostered both individual growth and collective learning - those receiving help developed stronger foundations in the subject, while the student leader discovered new perspectives through the act of teaching. Encouraged by their collective progress, the group committed to regular study meetings to maintain their momentum leading up to their examinations.
