The seasonal school "Social Work Research Methods" is being held at BSU

Seasonal School "Social Work Research Methods" is held at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University. Professors, students and practicing social workers will be introduced to modern methods of social work for four days. During the seasonal school, important topics will be discussed such as follows: Social work and research; Why do we study social work; the importance of evidence-based practice in social work; professional values and ethical issues of social work in research; use of qualitative research methods in social work; use of quantitative research methods in social work; dissemination of research findings - impact on policy and practice, etc.
The seasonal school "Social Work Research Methods“, jointly held by Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University and Institute of Social Studies and Analysis, is funded by Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation.
