Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University was visited by Laure Casten, Regional Director for Central and Eastern Europe of the Francophonie University Agency (AUF), and Tamar Gharibashvili, Head of the Francophonie University Agency in Georgia.At an introductory meeting with BSU Rector Tite Aroshidze, the parties discussed the deepening of cooperation in the promotion of the French language, the importance of the Francophone Employment Center (CEF), the promotion of the use of the French language in teaching and research, and the implementation of student mobility and exchange programs. The meeting was also attended by Irakli Kordzaia, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism, and Dinara Paghava, Deputy Dean.

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ project, "Promoting Professional Education and Student Engagement through a Comprehensive Mentoring and Tutoring System in HEIs," the pilot program for tutoring and mentoring was summarized, and participants were awarded.At Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, the Faculty of Exact Sciences and Education, with the support of the Department of Student Career Development, Sports, and Culture, hosted the concluding event of the pilot tutoring and mentoring program within the Erasmus+ project "Promoting Professional Education and Student Engagement through a Comprehensive Mentoring and Tutoring System."
