Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University has taken a significant step toward the professional development of its young faculty members. With the support of the Faculty of Exact Sciences and Education, as well as the Department of Student Career Development, Sports, and Culture, a support seminar for young lecturers was organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ project titled "Promoting Professional Education and Student Engagement through a Comprehensive Mentoring and Tutoring System".

Within the frameworks of the Proment T&M Schemes sessions a collaborative learning session united several students to overcome academic challenges in their shared coursework. A knowledgeable peer took the initiative to lead the study group, helping classmates navigate complex topics using simplified approaches and real-world examples. As the session progressed, the students who initially found the material daunting began to grasp key concepts and participate more actively in discussions.

At the initiative of the Department of Strategic Development and International Relations of BSU, a meeting was held with students who are on exchange programs at BSU in the fall semester. At the meeting, 7 students from Vidzeme (Latvia), Astana Kazakh University and Aktobe Zhubanov University (Kazakhstan) were awarded certificates.

The winning student cultural and educational project "Gather2Gether-2" was completed at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, which aimed to bring Georgian and foreign students closer together, share culture, conduct educational events, and strengthen integration. The project included several important activities, including a poster competition titled "Integration and Acceptance" and a photo competition titled "Diversity in Real Life."

On November 7-8, 2024, Malkhaz nakashidze, Jean Monnet Chair (EUCONST), Jean Monnet module (TRIO.JOIN.EU) coordinator, professor of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, participated in the Jean Monnet Conference Session "Regulations and Legal Mechanisms at National and European Level to Ensure Respect for Human Rights and Alternative Dispute Resolution” within the framework of the Scientific Conference "Integration Through Research and Innovation", dedicated to the International Day of Science for Peace and Development and hosted by the Moldova State University.
